These terms are between you and Mocra Pty Ltd, ABN 87 610 477 775, Brisbane QLD ("Mocra", "we"). They cover this website and the demos we link to. By using them, you agree to these terms.

What this site is

This site tells you about Mocra, the apps we make for small trades, and how to bring us a trade you know. What we say about how an app works describes what it's built to do. It isn't a promise that it will suit your business.

Pitching us a trade

Pitching us a trade costs nothing and doesn't commit you or us to anything. If we go further together, we'll agree who does what, and any money, in writing first. We can't promise to take on every trade, and we may already be looking at the same one.

Demos

Our demos show made-up businesses or sample sites, and they say so on the page. Nobody will come and do the work you book on a demo. Please don't put anyone else's details into one.

Businesses using our apps

If your business uses one of our apps, you'll agree separate terms with us at the time. They'll say what you get and what it costs. If they differ from these terms, they apply instead.

Using our site and apps fairly

Please don't break the law through our site, send us anything harmful, get into anything you shouldn't, or stop others from using it. We can stop anyone who does.

Our work

The words, designs and software on this site belong to us or to the people who gave us permission to use them. Please ask before you copy them.

Links to other sites

We link to some sites we don't run, and we aren't responsible for what's on them.

What we're responsible for

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, we provide this site and our demos as they are, and we aren't liable for any indirect loss from using them, as far as the law allows.

The law that applies

The law of Queensland, Australia applies to these terms, and its courts can hear any dispute about them.

Changes and questions

When we change these terms, we'll update them here and change the date at the top. Email drnic@mocra.com with any questions. How we handle personal information is in our privacy policy.
